Owners Insight
"We moved to 51 Springfield Road in July 2002 and enjoyed it as our happy and comfortable family home where we brought up four children. We all have very happy memories of the house and walking to the beautiful Babbacombe and Oddicombe beaches and cliffs area, where we took our dog throughout the year, and swam in the summer. It is a warm and cosy house, and we especially loved it after we built the conservatory where we often had our Christmas dinners. After our children went on to university we found we had increasing care responsibilities for elderly parents and so we moved back to North Devon. We rented 51 to a long-term tenant who was also very happy there for 8 years. More recently we took the decision to consolidate our situation in North Devon, and so with some sadness have decided to sell the house."
