***Vendor comments*** "This three-bedroom detached house has been in our family since the early 1980s. It’s not just a property. It’s where we grew up, celebrated milestones, and made memories that have stayed with us for a lifetime.

For 30 years, the time we lived in the house, Christmas was always held here. Every single year, the house would be full of life with cousins, uncles, aunties, and friends. We’d have 10 to 15 people staying over and somehow it always worked.

The living and dining rooms became the heart of the celebration, which was originally knocked through to create one large room but was then rebuilt as separate rooms about 25 years ago. The conservatory opens out to the back garden that’s seen countless summer barbecues, amazing tasting pears (from the pear tree) and bonfire nights. That kind of care and attention has been a theme throughout the years before we let the house out to a family who have been here for 20 years, until recently, when they moved to Devon.

Upstairs, there are two spacious double bedrooms and a well-sized single, along with the family bathroom. There’s also a usable loft for storage which has boards up there, a front garden with off-street parking.

The house could do with some updating, but it’s a blank canvas with so much potential like many of the houses in the area. It’s ready for someone to make it their own, just like we did all those years ago".
