Why the owner loves the property:
i've lived in this house for 19 years and it's been a fabulous home with wonderful neighbours, in a very quiet part of the village. Right on the doorstep, you've got Lightwater Country Park (just across the motorway bridge), Swinley Forest is just a 5 min cycle ride and it take less than 15 mins walking to get into the centre of Bagshot for shops, hairdressers, the doctors, cafes, restaurants, pubs and more. We've great golf courses locally (Windlesham Pine Ridge Sunningdale Old Course) and fab gymsPT studios for the fitness minded. I will miss my neighbours greatly - supportive, fun, caring and just such lovely people. We have BBQs and get togethers - there's a ‘Ladies of Albert Road’ WhatsApp group for everything from 'which bin is it today?' to 'can I borrow an egg?' to 'we're away on holiday, can you check on the house/cats/kids/pets/gardener?' and more. I love the fact that I have hedgehogs in my garden and have had a litter of hoglets in one of my nesting boxes.

I chose this house for several reasons: It's like a Tardis - much larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. It has a larger than average garden and patio for BBQs in summer and entertaining friends, kids and more. It's at the top of a hill, so feels light and airy (compared to many on Albert Road). And personally, it has a dedicated study which means I can close the office door at the end of my working day.
