Agent’s Perspective
This impressive four-bedroom, two-bathroom detached property occupies a prime corner plot in the highly desirable Kingswood area. The home offers extensive off-road parking for 4–5 cars, complemented by low-maintenance front and side gardens, and a private, sun-catching rear garden.

Internally, the ground floor features a spacious lounge-dining area, a generous, well-equipped kitchen, a convenient WC, and a second reception room ideal for flexible use. The first floor hosts four well-proportioned bedrooms with fitted furniture, including a master bedroom with ensuite, and a well-appointed family bathroom.

Located within walking distance of open green spaces and a wide range of amenities, the property also benefits from a welcoming community atmosphere. It is an ideal purchase for growing families looking for a quieter setting without compromising convenience.

Owner’s Perspective
We’ve loved living here-it's the perfect balance of space, privacy, and convenience. The parking alone has been a dream; fitting 4 or 5 cars with ease means guests never need to park up the street. Because it’s on the corner, we’ve enjoyed plenty of outdoor space without the hassle of heavy maintenance, and the back garden is brilliant for catching the sun and relaxing in peace.

Inside, the layout has worked so well for family life. The lounge-diner has hosted everything from Christmas dinners to movie nights, and the second reception room has been our go-to for a playroom and, more recently, a dining room. The kitchen has loads of space and storage, and the downstairs WC has been a lifesaver.

Upstairs, all four bedrooms feel roomy, and the built-in furniture means we’ve never struggled for storage. Having our own ensuite has made mornings much easier, and the main bathroom has served the whole family comfortably.

What we’ve appreciated most is the community and location-green spaces for walks, shops, retail and restaurants and amenities just nearby, and a quieter, friendlier side of Kingswood that still has everything within easy reach.
