Smart 4-Bed Detached Home On A Private Road, Walk To Station, London Links And Flexible Living Space
Tucked away on a quiet private road, this smart four bedroom detached home is all about space, flexibility and a great location. You’re a short walk from Princes Risborough station with direct trains into London, plus the town centre is close enough to stroll to.
Downstairs feels easy and practical, with a modern kitchen, separate dining room, a good sized living room and a bright conservatory that opens onto the garden. There’s also a WC and a Den - which is perfect for the kids to hide away in.
Upstairs you’ll find four well proportioned bedrooms, including a main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite, along with a clean, modern family bathroom.
Outside, the rear garden is private and low-key, south facing with decked seating for relaxed evenings, while the front offers off-street parking and neat kerb appeal. Close to shops, schools and countryside walks, it’s an easy move for anyone wanting space without losing the London connection.

I moved to Princes Risborough in Sept 2013 when my middle child was starting the local secondary school - which was a 10 minute walk away.
I didn’t really know much about the area then but have grown to love it. I’m a keen cyclist and hiker and the surrounding area is amazing for both these things. My favourite walk is up the ridgeway to Whiteleaf Cross which has stunning views and is a great picnic spot.
My neighbours are lovely, it’s a 5 minute walk to the train station with regular trains into London or Oxford and Bicester Village, which is a great place to shop.
Princes Risborough has the best Indian restaurant, the best local pub both within short walking distance along with a Co-Op, Tesco and a M&S foodhall.
The local swimming pool and gym is also a 10 minute walk away. I have many happy memories here and I will be sad to leave.

Princes Risborough is a popular Buckinghamshire market town that offers an easy balance between commuter convenience and countryside living. With direct rail links into London Marylebone, it’s a strong choice for buyers who want space and pace without losing touch with the capital. The town centre has a good mix of independent shops, cafés, pubs and everyday essentials, all with a friendly, local feel.
Surrounded by the Chiltern Hills, the area is ideal for walking, cycling and getting outdoors, while still being practical for family life. Well regarded schools, green spaces and a strong community make Princes Risborough a place people tend to move to......and stay.
