Sellers Comment:
We originally moved into the house in August 1999 with my mother who purchased the property owing to the close transport links and schools.
We then purchased the property off of my mother in December 2018 for the same reasons, plus it’s a very friendly, secure and quiet neighbourhood for raising a child. We love living there, there’s never any problems or issues with parking multiple cars, all the neighbours are also very friendly too. We’re only moving due to needing a larger house to accommodate a larger family life. If there was a larger house for sale in the same estate we wouldn’t hesitate about making an offer on it.
Stephen's Comment:
This area is ideal for families, with local reputable schools for all ages within walking distance. Greenery, play parks & woodland walks all on your doorstep like Fleet Pond / Hawley Woods & Lake or Bramshot to name a few. The area is key for me and i'd highly recommend a viewing.
Area Comment:
Thinking of moving to Farnborough? This is a lively town full of community spirit and offers fantastic transport links (just 38 minutes to London Waterloo by train!), and junction 4a for the M3. There's also lovely green spaces like Queen Elizabeth Park and Hawley Woods & Lake. If you're an aviation enthusiast (We have Farnborough Airport!), or just looking for a well linked town to call home, Farnborough could just well be it!
