We have really enjoyed living in Albert Close for the last five years. It’s right in the middle of the Croft Garden estate, which has such a warm, community-focused spirit, especially around holiday periods.
What made us decide on this house was the spacious upstairs, which enables us to have bedrooms and dedicated home-working space. We also like having the separate living and dining rooms downstairs, which creates different hosting spaces.
The garden is one of our favourite parts of the house with plenty of space for the dog to run around and perfect for hosting relaxed pizza parties throughout the summer.
We had a heat pump installed and removed the boiler, which means the house is consistently warm and we like that it has saved us money on our bills compared to the old boiler.
