This house was the answer to our dreams! Finding out we were expecting twins when our eldest was just six months old meant we needed a spacious, functional family home-and we needed it fast. Thankfully this house was available when we needed it! The location couldn't be more perfect for a young family: Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, with a large park and playground just 100m from the front door, and excellent primary and secondary schools all within walking distance.

Over the last decade, we’ve truly made this house our own. The open-plan kitchen and living area, completed just before the 2020 lockdown, has become the heart of our home and a total game-changer for family life. We also added a versatile garden studio, which serves perfectly as both a home office and a gym. If we could move this entire house to our new neighbourhood, we would in a heartbeat!

Extended in 2020, it’s a brilliant space where everything comes together - cooking, entertaining and family time all in one place. The layout just works, and you can really imagine day-to-day life revolving around this room. Add in the garden office, refitted bathrooms and the quiet position on the road, and you’ve got a home that feels both practical and really easy to live in.
