Owners insights:
What do you love most about your home?
What first drew us to the apartment was the feeling of light, space and quality the moment we walked in. The south-facing aspect means the living space and bedroom is filled with natural light throughout the day, while the wide corridors and thoughtful layout give it a calm, spacious and luxurious feel. The apartment is exceptionally well insulated and quiet, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to live, and it has been kept in perfect condition since we moved in. We’ve also really valued the sense of security and care that comes with living at The Cottonworks, the building is extremely well maintained and feels safe, private and peaceful.
Why are you selling?
We’re selling purely because our circumstances have changed. With the arrival of our baby, we’re now at the stage where we’re looking to upsize to a larger home. The apartment itself has been a wonderful place to live and has suited us perfectly, but we’re ready for our next chapter.
What do you love about the area?
We’ve loved how easy and enjoyable day-to-day life is in this area. Finsbury Park station is just a short walk away and makes getting around London incredibly straightforward, while having Finsbury Park itself right on the doorstep is just as valuable and perfect for walks, runs or simply enjoying some green space. On a local level, we often spend time around Stroud Green Road, with its independent cafés, shops and Sunday market, and it’s always our go-to area when friends visit. Everyday convenience is excellent, with M&S, Waitrose and Morrisons all within a 10-minute walk, alongside a great choice of local pubs, restaurants and amenities, making the area feel both vibrant and easy to live in.
