Nested Estate Agents bringing to the market this Lovely & inviting top floor 1 bedroom flat. All the walls and ceilings were taken back to brickwork and insulated in 2022. A great first time purchase.
Crystal Palace was awarded the The Sunday Times best Place to live in London 2022
37 Sq.meters in size plus bonus extra space of approximately 8 sq.meters of under eaves storage under 1 meter, making the flat appear larger.
Ideally located just a 3 minute walk to Crystal Palace Train Station & overground with links to Victoria, London Bridge, clapham, Highbury & Islington, Croydon, Norwood Junction and lots more.
The Crystal Palace Bus Station is just 4-5 minutes walk.
2 minute walk to Crystal Palace Park with it’s Maze, Lakes, music festivals, Sunday food market & all it’s sports facilities.
Just a 2-3 minute walk to the bustling vibrant Crystal Palace Triangle with all it’s Pubs, restaurants, Hayes Lane Market, shops, cafes, independent cafes, independent boutiques, supermarket, hairdressers, Everyman Cinema amongst many others.
From the owner, ‘I lived in this one-bed flat in Crystal Palace for a few years, first on my own and then with my partner. The layout makes good use of the space, and has excellent storage. The light in the living areas always made it feel open and easy to live and work from home in. When my partner moved in, it still didn’t feel cramped. We cooked, worked and relaxed here without tripping over each other. It’s a practical flat that just works day to day.
The location was definitely one of the highlights. Being able to walk to the Crystal Palace Triangle for independent cafés, pubs and shops made life simple and fun. Having Crystal Palace Park and the gym in the National Sports Centre nearby was ideal for getting outside and keeping fit. Transport links were reliable and fast, with both the Tube and the Train making it straightforward to get into central London.
I also had a great experience with the other share-of-freeholders - we all got on really well, and often had pub nights out together which made the building feel friendly and well looked after.
Overall, this flat has been a comfortable and fun home - simple to look after, easy to enjoy and in a great spot.’
