An Extended Family Home With A Brilliant Loft Conversion In A Popular Bracknell Location

We moved into the house just before we got married, and over our near 10 years here we have added 3 boys to our family. Initially we loved the proximity to the town centre, train station and easy access to the M3/M4. As our family has grown, we have spent a lot of our weekends at South Hill Park, and the Look Out, which are both in easy walking distance. When the time came for our eldest to start at school we found ourselves spoilt for choice and we really enjoy being part of such a friendly school community.
We were first attracted to the house by how spacious it was for a 2 bed (as was) as well as the lovely garden. Converting the loft into an additional bedroom and bathroom was a game changer, providing us with something of a peaceful haven away from the chaos brought by the children on the other two floors! We will be very sad to leave and hope another family can make their own happy memories here.

Beckford Avenue is a well regarded, family-friendly location, close to South Hill Park and plenty of green space for walks, play areas and weekend downtime. Bracknell town centre is easily accessible for shops, restaurants and the mainline train station, while local schools and amenities are all close by. It’s a practical spot that suits day-to-day family life really well.

The loft conversion is the real standout here. Having a proper main bedroom with its own en suite completely changes how this house lives, and it’s something buyers are always looking for. The extension downstairs adds great flow to the living space too, making it ideal for families. It’s one of those homes where the extra work has already been done - and done properly.
