We moved from Windsor to a larger family home in Repton Close in 2007. From day one, there was a warm, friendly feel about the Close that immediately made us feel welcome. It’s a genuinely neighbourly place to live, where people look out for one another, and that sense of community has been a big part of what’s made living here so special.
Over the years we’ve invested a lot of time and care into modernising the house and truly making it our home. It’s been the backdrop to so many happy memories as our boys have grown up, and every improvement we’ve made has been with family life in mind. The area itself has also been a huge part of our enjoyment - there’s a wonderful choice of parks and woodland walks nearby, offering something for everyone and making it easy to spend time outdoors.
Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. Windsor, Marlow and Cookham are all just a short drive away, and for convenience the M4 is only five minutes away, with the M40 not much further. Crossrail has made travelling to London and Heathrow incredibly easy, which has been a real bonus. While we’re sad to be leaving the home where we’ve built so many memories, we’re also excited for the next chapter ahead.
