I will miss living here but need to leave for health and personal reasons. A number of things stand out for me. The flat itself is lovely, light and airy, with good space to entertain. There are plenty of green spaces including Crystal Palace Park on the doorstep. Dulwich/Sydenham Woods, and Sydenham Wells Park are close by. Crystal Palace Triangle has many welcoming independent shops, cafes, and pubs. Sydenham and Penge also provide good local shops. There are five rail stations, plus a bus terminal, providing excellent access into central London and beyond.
