Tucked behind secure gates on a highly sought after road in Dulwich, this beautifully presented two-bedroom apartment offers 554 sq ft of bright, well-balanced living space within a characterful mid-century development.
Positioned on the first floor, the property immediately impresses with its natural light and warm timber flooring running throughout. The reception room is generous and inviting, with ample space for both dining and relaxation. A large window frames leafy views, creating a calm and airy feel rarely found at this price point in SE21. The separate kitchen is sleek and thoughtfully arranged, featuring clean white cabinetry, integrated appliances and excellent storage. Both bedrooms are well-proportioned doubles. The principal bedroom boasts custom built wardrobes, while the second bedroom makes an ideal guest room, nursery or work-from-home space. The bathroom has been tastefully updated with classic metro tiling, matte black fittings and a contemporary rainfall shower over bath.
Clevedon Court benefits from secure gated entry and access to a well-maintained communal garden area, offering rare outdoor space at this price point in a Dulwich setting. Clive Road is ideally positioned for the amenities of East Dulwich and Dulwich Village, with excellent transport links nearby and green open spaces of Dulwich, Norwood and Brockwell Parks within easy reach.

A note from the vendor:
This was our first home, and we’ve genuinely loved living here
We loved the character of the Art Deco style building, the flat itself is light and airy with greenery visible from every window, and we always get a lot of compliments when people come round.
Being at the end of the block means it's really private. The building is quiet in itself, but concrete construction means that while in the flat you wouldn't even know you have neighbours... We can barely hear each other from opposite sides of the flat.
Neighbours are very friendly, and the garden, communal areas, bins, etc., are maintained on a regular basis.
The area has been a big part of why we’ve loved it here. Within five minutes’ walk, you have Gipsy Hill Brewery, Volcano Coffee, and excellent restaurants such as Heritage and Il Sovrano. Or in not very long, you can be in Crystal Palace, Herne Hill, or Brixton.
Even our families agree, one of our sisters bought and renovated a flat a few doors down, so she could live here too, which says a lot.
