Vendor Comments
One of the things we’ve loved most about living here is the peace and quiet, especially compared to the busier North Norfolk coast. The village itself is incredibly friendly, with a real sense of community and always something going on, yet it still feels tucked away and tranquil.
The location has been ideal for us. We’re well away from any coastal erosion concerns, but still just minutes from the Broads, beautiful beaches, and stunning countryside. There are endless dog walks right on the doorstep, whether that’s through open fields, along the coast, or by the water. At the same time, everyday conveniences are close by, with several supermarkets nearby and easy access to Norwich, Cromer, Sheringham, and Holt.
The house itself has so much character and history, which is something that first drew us to it. The main living room is a real highlight, with its high vaulted ceiling creating a wonderful sense of space and light. The mezzanine adds another unique sitting area, and having three separate reception spaces means there’s always somewhere to relax, entertain, or enjoy some quiet time.
The main bedroom suite feels like its own private retreat, and outside, the spacious garden has been perfect for both relaxing and for dogs to enjoy safely.
It’s a home that offers space, character, and a lifestyle that balances countryside living with excellent access to everything North Norfolk has to offer.
