When we purchased we were stunned by the buildings original features and character, it is like being transported back in time to a period drama. We are on the top floor so it is very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views amongst the canopy overlooking the secluded communal garden. The flat has been maintained to a high standard and is a very comfortable, tranquil space. The location is excellent, Crystal Palace Park is lovely for a weekend stroll with its open green spaces and lakes. Brown and Green is a lovely spot for brunch. We are also close to shops, restaurants and bars. Penge West and Crystal Palace stations offer quick access to central London.
