I purchased the flat as a buy to let about twelve years ago. If ever the tenants have moved on, it has always been a very easy property to let. I was initially attracted by the layout as the flat was larger than other one bedroom flats I had viewed.

In the last six years approx, myself and the other owners in the building have taken over the right to manage. This means that the annual maintenance is now much lower than other similar properties in this area.
