We bought this property as our first home nearly 22 years ago, and it has been the perfect place to raise our three children. It holds so many special memories for us as a family.

We have always loved the village lifestyle. There are some beautiful walks right on your doorstep, a fantastic local shop at the end of the street, and a great village school just in the next village. It’s a really peaceful and quiet area, with a strong sense of community that makes it feel very special.

The neighbours here are wonderful. Our neighbour next door has lived here even longer than we have and has been an absolute pleasure to live alongside – very quiet, considerate and never any issues at all.

There’s also a great park and play area nearby, and the village hosts regular events such as quiz nights, summer fêtes and children’s Christmas parties, which really bring everyone together.

The only reason we are moving is to return to the village where I grew up, as our wider family are all based there. Otherwise, this is a home and community we would have happily stayed in for many more years.
