    We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here is has been a very comfortable family home. We were attracted to the flat initially due to the size and light of the flat. It really ticked all the boxes with low service charges, a sink fund, parking and very pleasant communal garden. Living here we really appreciate the neighbours and sense of community. The location is amazing, Crystal Palace Park is beautiful and is undergoing a full refurbishment. There is a food market and a really great cafe for brunch. The station is just across the road too. Although we are central to everything, we are at the back of the building and it is very peaceful. We have been very lucky to live here.
