Sellers Insight

"If I wasn’t moving to be closer to family, i’d be staying in my lovely flat at Greenacres. It’s a welcoming building with character, is set in lovely grounds and has plenty of parking spaces for residents and visitors. The public areas are spacious and well maintained and the wide, bright corridors make it feel open and airy.

I really appreciate the modern feel of the flat and the generous size of the rooms. From the living room and kitchen I have a lovely view over the gardens and get plenty of light and sunshine to brighten my day. There is a great sense of community in the building with various activities arranged between friends and neighbours that you can join in as much or as little as you like. I’ve made some wonderful friends that i’ll be keeping in touch with.

The flat is in Wellswood which is a lovely part of Torquay with a parade of local shops including a post office, pub, restaurant and hairdressers which is all just a short 2-minute walk away."
