Sellers Comment:
We were drawn to this home because it offered something different from a typical new-build estate. The building has real character, dating back to the 1930s, yet inside you get all the benefits of modern living, with an excellent specification and strong energy efficiency. We especially loved the brick exterior, the peaceful surroundings, and the triple-aspect views with plenty of greenery, which make it feel calm and private rather than built-up. The private patio, along with the side garden shared with just one other apartment, gives a real sense of space and privacy without the upkeep of a full garden. The quality throughout really stood out to us too, from the German kitchen and Siemens appliances to the Porcelanosa tiling and Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware. Having our own entrance, allocated parking with EV charging, and easy access to London from nearby stations made it feel like the perfect balance of character, comfort, and convenience.
Chris's Comment:
This is such a lovely development! Aquinna Homes did a fantastic job on the conversion here, with well thought out space which maximises the light from the abundance of windows this apartment has. The space is larger than your average two bedroom apartment, and having your own private patio area is a huge bonus, as well as having your allocated parking space and car barn too.
The area is super quiet, with a huge amount of local green space to explore with the Fuel Allotments across the road, and the Ranges too.
Area Comment:
Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Dettingen Park was built in 2003 and is a unique development to the area with an attractive layout centred around The Crescent, which has a large circular green with a fountain and pond at the centre. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road, and the Ranges behind the development.
