Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Duttons Lane is one of the most sought after addresses in the village, being located between Old Coach Road, Grub Lane and Brooms Lane. Accordingly it is very peaceful and has little traffic passing through. The views to the front are fantastic, being far reaching and incorporating both Cheshire North Wales. The village centre with all its amenities, is just a short stroll away and there is also access without the need for a car to stunning walks and countryside nearby.

The house itself is a large semi detached residence that has been radically transformed in the last nine years by the present owners. In addition to being extended, the house has also been meticulously refurbished and continually invested in. The end result is a sparkling, impeccable and stylish interior that provides modern families with a dream layout and a specification that will provide long term quality.
