Located just two miles from Tarporley this modern and stylish high specification four bedroom, two bathroom detached family house boasts landscaped gardens and detached double garage converted to gym and games room

Comment From Oliver Weston Of Gascoigne Halman

The property is located at the far end of a private no through road cul de sac, just five minutes drive from the centre of Tarporley. Whilst a fairly modern construction, the close has matured well and enjoys an attractive central area of lawn which provides a strong visual focal point.

At ground floor there is an entrance hall with cloakroom toilet, opening into a really well proportioned living room to the front of the property. The generous open plan kitchen/dining space runs across the rear of the house, overlooking the garden with glass double doors and windows, and enjoys a stylish fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area. The utility room adjoins the kitchen for added practicality.
At first floor level the master bedroom features fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room finished to a high standard, whilst the three further bedrooms are serviced by an attractively finished family bathroom with full size bath and shower fixing above.

Externally, along with the front garden and double driveway there is a detached double garage which is a real highlight having been converted to a gym and games room and offering some great additional space. The rear and side gardens enjoy strong levels of privacy, generous patio areas and lawn and bedding areas.
For those with home working needs the property also benefits from a high speed full fibre optic broadbrand connection (FTTP).
