I have been very happy living here; it is a very large house offering a flexible layout. I have previously had the 3 bedrooms upstairs with the living room on the ground floor. I am currently using the ground floor as a bedroom and living area, but both rooms are practically the same size on the ground and first floor and are interchangeable. All rooms are good sizes and offer good light, I could not find anything the same size when I was looking. The communal garden is very quiet and is rarely used by anyone else. There is an allocated parking space which is very convenient and it is a lovely, secluded development. I have the best of both worlds as the house is set back from the road, but in a very central location. Penge East is just a few minutes away, but Sydenham station is nearby too, along with shops and local eateries.
