A charming barn within a thriving village

Location
Wighton is a most picturesque village located just in land from the North Norfolk coastline, providing the perfect blend of accessibility to the coast whilst avoiding the bustling seasonal visitors. There is an excellent gastro pub, the award winning Carpenters Arms, within the village and the famous Mrs Temples Cheese originates from Wighton. There is a thriving village hall which hosts events on a daily basis, has a gated children's playground, large playing field and is also available for hire. Many of the houses in the village are in the ownership of the Holkham Estate.

The Norfolk Coastline is on the doorstep, with Wells providing a sailing club and excellent beach, whilst also hosting a Co-op supermarket, post office, independent shops, artisan bakery, good pubs, cafes and restaurants, theatre and education facilities. Neighbouring Holkham is well known for its beach, park and visitors centre, café and of course the Hall. The local market town of Fakenham provides further everyday shopping, gp surgery, vets and supermarkets.
