Owners Insight
"When we were looking to buy in the Torquay area we came across Sachs Lodge in Wellswood. We liked its close proximity to the shops, chemists, post office and restaurants in the village. All are just a 5 minutes walk from the complex.
The apartment has incredible sea and woodland views from all of its windows and has a great degree of privacy due to being at the end of the building, with no-one above. The apartment can accommodate one person or a couple easily with a large double bedroom and spacious living-room. There is a beautifully fitted kitchen and bathroom.
The only reason we have decided to sell our apartment is that we intend to move back to Wales, where we were born, to be closer to our family."
