We moved into Spencers Wood 8 years ago after a long time searching and were delighted with the new build plans presented to us.

Watching a house being built for us to move into gave us such a deep connection to the property. A true sense of home. And that was before we settled in and developed a close community with most of our neighbours.

The easy access to town, the local gp, pharmacies, supermarkets and garden centres combined with lush green walkways around us has always made this house feel like a place that was tranquil without being isolated.

If it weren't for medical reasons, we would be hard pressed to leave a home with so many wonderful memories.
