Our thoughts
This home is thoughtfully designed for modern family living. The flow between the living room and kitchen/diner, both with direct access to the garden, creates a bright and open feel, perfect for entertaining or keeping an eye on the kids while they play outside. The bedrooms upstairs are all well-proportioned, with the master offering a touch of luxury thanks to its walk-in wardrobe and ensuite.
The neighbourhood is a popular choice for families, with a friendly community atmosphere and a mix of young couples and established families. Hull’s HU3 area is well-connected, with local amenities, schools, and transport links all within easy reach. Living here means enjoying a balance of convenience and a welcoming residential vibe.
This property would suit first-time buyers or young families looking for a home that’s ready to move into and grow with them.
Owner's thoughts
We bought this house as newlyweds, knowing we wanted to start a family, and it’s been the perfect home for us. The layout works so well – the kitchen/diner is where we’ve spent most of our time, whether it’s cooking, eating, or just catching up after a busy day. The living room is great for relaxing, especially with the doors open to the garden in summer.
The master bedroom has been a real treat, with the walk-in wardrobe and ensuite making life that little bit easier. The other bedrooms are a good size too, and the family bathroom has been ideal as our family grew.
The street itself is lovely, with friendly neighbours and lots of other families around. It’s been a great place to live, and we’ll miss it when we move to Australia.

This includes:
• Proof of ownership and authority to sell
• Seller’s Property Information Forms (TA6, TA10)
• Draft contract of sale
Your solicitor usually receives the full legal pack within 48 hours, so they can get to work immediately.
How this helps you
• Reduces the number of enquiries going back and forth
• Smoother and potentially quicker sale
• Lowers the risk of the sale falling through
