Seller comments
We’ve put a lot of love into this house over the last three years, and honestly, if we weren't relocating to the North of England, we wouldn’t be selling.
When we moved in, we wanted to make the house as comfortable and 'solid' as possible. We spent 2023 focusing on the bones of the home, insulating the floors and windows and sorting the loft, so it stays cozy and quiet. More recently, we opened up the ground floor because we wanted a space that felt bright and connected. It’s been a gamechanger for us, especially when we have friends over.
The garden is probably what we’ll miss the most. Being at the end of the terrace, it’s tucked away and feels private. We’ve spent so many weekends out on the decking, firing up the BBQ and having friends over while the sun is out. It’s a very peaceful spot to unwind.
We also couldn't have asked for better neighbours. There’s a real sense of community on this stretch of Colman Way, and everyone looks out for one another. It’s been the perfect base for us, we can walk to the station in 15 minutes to get into London or Brighton, and we’re only a short hop away from the town centre, shops, and parks. We’ve done all the heavy lifting to get the house exactly where we wanted it, and we hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.
