Seller's Comment:
We have truly loved living in this home and feel incredibly lucky to have been part of such a quiet, beautiful location on a lovely development with wonderful neighbours. The Deepcut area has so much to offer, especially the amazing walks right on our doorstep, and we very much hope to remain close by to continue enjoying everything the area brings. Walking the children to school has been a privilege and the Frog is very much at the heart of the community.
Our house has been a perfect space for us as a family, providing comfort, warmth, and a place where we’ve created many special memories together. At the same time, it still offers fantastic potential for its next owners to make it their own and shape it to suit their individual style and needs.
We will always look back on our time here fondly and sincerely hope that it becomes a happy and much-loved home for whoever comes next.
Chris's Comment:
Monarchs Grove is a lovely small development, tucked away on the outskirts of Deepcut. This home is presented beautifully, has great space and is tucked away in a cul-de-sac of just three other homes! The location is great too being close to the local schools and transport links, come and see for yourself!
Area Comment:
Deepcut is situated on the eastern fringe of Camberley and falls under the GU16 postcode. Monarchs Grove was planned and built by Bewley Homes and is a small development on the outskirts of Deepcut. The nearby shops are located nearby on Heatherside which will cater for day to day needs, and an Asda will shortly be opening in the village too, while Camberley town centre is approximately a ten minute drive away. The M3 motorway can be reached at either junction 3 in Bagshot/Lightwater or junction 4 in Camberley, both of which are approximately a fifteen minute drive away. There are ample outside spaces nearby with the Frimley Fuel Allotments directly across the road, and the Ranges nearby too.
