Drop down the hill, passed Herries School on the left. Continue towards Cookham Rise and Cookham Village.
Dean Lane becomes Lower Cookham Road. Continue on this road, going passed Cookham Station, over the level crossing and passed Cookham Rise shopping precinct on the right. At the mini roundabout, turn right into the Maidenhead Road. Continue on this road, turning left into Lightlands Lane (before the railway bridge).
Continue on Lightlands Lane and at the end turn left into Strande Lane (an unmade road). Continue on Strande Lane and take your first left into Strande View Walk. The cottage can be found on the right and the land at the end of the lane.
