About this property
"We absolutely love living here, we’re very centrally located but the street itself is so quiet. There’s cafes, gyms, restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. The park is a 2 minute walk from the house which has a great playground for the kids. You never have to worry about finding a parking space on the street. Because of the direction of our garden, you can enjoy the sunshine all day in the garden and our hedge in spring is full of chirping birds which makes me feel closer to nature"

The living room at the front benefits from a bay window, and there are two chimney breasts in both rooms. At the back of the kitchen is a W.C and useful storage cupboard. Upstairs houses the two large double bedrooms, a third smaller bedroom, and a bathroom to the rear.
The outside space

Facing south, the property benefits from amazing sunlight throughout the day. At the end of the garden is a large garage, perfect for off street parking or being turned into a gym or work from home office.
