Why buy this home?

Built in 2020 by Taylor Wimpey, this home was designed for those who want a practical family layout without sacrificing those little luxuries.

As you step inside, you are welcomed by a traditional entrance hallway, complete with wood-effect flooring, creating a warm and inviting first impression. Immediately to the left, the separate kitchen is finished with high-gloss white units and ash grey worktops, giving a sleek, contemporary feel.

The kitchen is well equipped with integrated appliances, including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, along with a gas hob and electric double oven. There is space for a small four-seater dining table, however this area could easily accommodate a breakfast bar, as seen in many other Taylor Wimpey Crofton homes, offering a flexible and sociable layout.

The living room offers generous proportions, comfortably accommodating a family dining table alongside sofas and a coffee table, or alternatively serving as a spacious, dedicated living area. Its shape allows for a variety of layout options, making it easy to adapt the space over time and keep the home feeling fresh.

The garden is a good size for new build standards, featuring a decking area directly outside the French doors, creating an ideal spot to sit and relax with friends or family. There is also a generous lawn area, perfect for children to play and burn off some energy, along with a patio area at the end of the garden, ideal for adding a home office or shed.

The first floor is home to two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom stretches the entire width of the house and is easily big enough for two children to share, or one lucky person to make their own private space. The family bathroom is tiled around the bath and has vinyl flooring giving it a lovely combination of neutral colours. It serves both the large second bedroom and the third double bedroom on the first floor.

Without doubt, one of the standout features of this home is the impressive master suite, occupying the entire top floor and offering an exceptional amount of space for a three-bedroom property. A private open staircase leads up to this superb retreat and provides generous wall space, presenting a perfect opportunity for a statement art piece or feature wall.

The vaulted ceilings enhance the sense of scale and create a light, airy atmosphere, while the Velux-style window floods the room with natural light and adds a refreshing openness. Despite its size, the space still feels warm and inviting, offering a real sense of privacy and separation from the rest of the home.

Completing this impressive suite is a modern en-suite, fitted with a double shower cubicle and finished in a clean, contemporary style, perfectly complementing the overall design of this fantastic top-floor sanctuary.

Parking is provided side-by-side parking

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. Ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
