(A Personal Note from the Vendor)
I purchased Flat 23, Woodhill Views, in 2004 as a long-term investment and it has been a joy to own. Over the years, it has proved to be an excellent property — easy to let, well cared for by tenants, and always much admired for its peace, light, and views.
Situated on the top (third) floor, it enjoys a quiet and private position at the end of a corridor shared with just one other flat — with no through foot traffic and distant green views from the kitchen and lounge.
Several tenants have expressed their wish to stay long-term, and some have even asked to be considered should it ever come up for sale — which says a lot about how special it feels to live here. One resident once wrote to thank my late wife for her kindness in sharing uplifting spiritual reading material, a touching reminder of the quiet community spirit this flat has known.
I’ve often thought I could happily live here myself were it not for the need to be closer to family in Bristol. It has been a truly rewarding property to own, and I hope its next owner will enjoy it just as much.
