  • Gross Annual household income not exceeding £51,347 for single income and £59,247 for joint income, and
  • Upon first going into occupation satisfy the criteria for a Qualifying Person stipulated in the policy guidance (if any) issued by the Council from time to time for occupation of affordable housing within the Area.
