We’ve lived in Wards Stone Park for nearly five years, and it has truly been a joy. We originally moved in as a couple, and since then have welcomed our son here, making this house our first family home. It has been the perfect place to create those early memories together.

The location has been ideal for us. You’re close to Ascot, Bracknell town centre and Windsor, with excellent access to the motorway network, yet still able to enjoy a peaceful setting. We’re within walking distance of Swinley Forest, The Look Out, Coral Reef and Sainsbury’s, which has made everyday life incredibly convenient. The road itself is quiet and nicely tucked away, something we’ve really valued-it feels calm, safe and private, while still being so well connected.

We have loved every moment of our time here and will be sad to leave. We hope the next owners enjoy this home just as much as we have and create as many happy memories.

Wards Stone Park is a popular part of Forest Park, known for its access to green space and convenience. Swinley Forest is just moments away, perfect for walks, runs or bike rides, and there are local shops at Crown Wood as well as Sainsbury’s close by. The location also offers easy access to the M3, making it a great spot for commuters.

This is one of those homes you can just move straight into. The kitchen is really nicely finished and the overall condition is spot on. We also love the garden setup, especially having that direct access out onto the green space at the back, which would be great if you’ve got kids or a dog. What we really like is how the current owners have used the space creatively upstairs. The third bedroom would make a great office, however they have opted for a walk in wardrobe, which really works well. With parking, a garage and set in a private location, it’s a really solid all-round home.
