We have owned the flat for 26 years. It is a very spacious and bright flat, the windows are wall to wall, so much wider than normal. We have a private front and side garden, we have used the side garden for storage, but it would be good for bikes, etc. The garage is very handy, we have used it for building materials and extra storage. The flat was rewired 18 months ago, we have the boiler checked annualy. We have good neighbours and it is a nice community here. It is a very quiet street with mostly victorian family homes, but it is very central. Ideal for the shops, restaurants and Sydenham station.
