At the roundabout go straight across onto Crogfryn Lane, turn right onto Bryn Lupus Road which then changes into Deganwy Road which joins Maesdu Avenue then back onto Deganwy Road. Take a left turn onto York Road then right onto Back York Road where Estuary View is accessed from the rear. Parking on York Road and walking down Back York Road.
