Owners Insight
"I bought this property because it was ideal for my needs and most importantly because it was in the heart of St Marychurch which was where I wanted to live.
I absolutely love having everything on my doorstep and readily available on foot! The precinct is less than a 5 minute walk away with its local independent shops and supermarkets.
I really like that there are cafes, bars and places to eat and no need to drive whether it is in St Marychurch or a short walk to Babbacombe Downs with it's stunning views. Walks galore whether it be coastal or Walls Hill and access to my favourite cafe at Anstey's Cove.
Have I been glad I moved here? It's a resounding 'yes'"
