We moved into our house 30 years ago with a toddler and a 6 month old and we have enjoyed our time in this family home and mature garden ever since. Our spacious open rooms have allowed us to entertain flexibly (from intimate gatherings, family meals to parties) and we love using the bifold windows so we can eat on the patio and enjoy the south west facing garden.

We live on a crescent with an actively supportive community and only local traffic passing through. Everything is within reach as we can walk 4 minutes to the bus stop and less than 10 to the local shops, infant and junior schools. Wokingham and the train station, senior schools and the leisure centres are all within 20 minutes walk. Cantley Park with its beautiful paths and meadows, playground and tennis and football courts is also nearby and we can use it as a scenic walk into town.

The vaulted ceiling and bespoke window make it feel like a really special space, and it’s perfect for entertaining or just everyday family life. The rest of the house flows really well around it too, with plenty of space throughout. It’s a lovely home on a great road, and one that we think will really appeal to families looking for something a bit special.
