We’ve enjoyed all five and a bit years living at our home in Hastings View. It’s a quiet spot, but it’s still really practical for getting around; the 12-15 minute walk to the station makes the commute into Waterloo straightforward, and the town centre is just as close. We love the space the house offers. The kitchen has a great view over the park and the trees (as does our son's bedroom at the top of the house), which is a nice way to start the morning. Being positioned to the side of Hastings View gives it a more private feel and a relaxed atmosphere. The neighbours are friendly and quiet, and being a detached house just adds to that extra sense of privacy. It’s been a great home for us, and while we’re ready for our next chapter, we’ll definitely miss living here.

You’ve got open green space right on your doorstep, ideal for dog walks or letting the kids run around, plus a real community feel with things like the local centre and tennis courts nearby. It’s also really well placed for access back into Bracknell town centre and the train station, making it a great all-round location.

The first thing that stood out to us here was how fresh the house feel and the huge extension to the reat of this home which does not compromise the size and position of the garden. The top floor bedroom with the Juliet balcony is probably our favourite part though. Looking out over the green space, it would make an amazing office or a really nice guest bedroom if you wanted something a bit different. It’s a great family home in a spot that’s hard to beat.
