Why Buy This Home...

Larger than most three-bedroom homes across two floors (approx. 1,022 sq ft), this property makes excellent use of space, making it or family.

As you enter, a traditional hallway sets the tone, with the kitchen positioned on the right-hand side. While not formally a kitchen/diner, its shape and size comfortably allow for a small table, perfect for a quick bite to eat or casual dining. The kitchen features white cabinetry with a wood-effect worktop, giving it a clean, modern feel. It is also well equipped with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, and gas hob.

Next to the kitchen, there is a useful storage area, ideal for keeping coats and shoes neatly tucked away. There is also additional space under the stairs, offering further practical storage if needed. The downstairs W/C is a good size and particularly convenient for those with young children or visiting guests.

The living/dining room is a generous and versatile space, offering flexibility to suit a range of lifestyles. You could replicate the current owners’ layout with a defined dining area, or alternatively enjoy it as a large, open living room. A handy storage cupboard is also located within this space for added practicality.

Natural light floods the room thanks to the French doors and additional windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day. The garden is a good size for modern new-build standards and features a patio area directly outside the doors, ideal for outdoor dining. Towards the rear, a further seating area with a pergola provides a sheltered spot to enjoy the sun as it moves through the day. There is also a shed, offering useful storage for all your gardening essentials.

Upstairs is where this home really stands apart from most other three-bedroom properties on the development. The principal bedroom is an excellent size, comfortably accommodating a super king-size bed if desired, while also benefiting from built-in wardrobes that maximise floor space and keep the room feeling open and uncluttered.

The second bedroom is also a generous double, ideal for two children sharing or as a spacious room for one lucky occupant. The third bedroom is currently used with a desk and single bed, further demonstrating the versatility and impressive proportions on offer.

Completing the first floor, the family bathroom includes both a bath and shower with glass screen, finished with light, contemporary tiling around the bath area.

More about the location.....

For a new development, Newton Leys is steeped in history. With some parts dating back as far as the Iron Age. However, it was more recently famous for brick-making from the late 19th Century, in the form of Newton Longville Brickworks. When the Brickworks closed in 1978, an old claypit was flooded to create Jubilee Lake, now more commonly known as Willow Lake, easily the jewel in Newton Leys' crown.

Newton Leys is a district that covers the southern tip of Bletchley and is split between the Borough of Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. Conveniently located next to the A4146 and A5, it gives easy access to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and the M1. You have a choice of either Bletchley or Leighton Buzzard Train Stations which both offer services directly into London Euston and Birmingham.

Newton Leys Primary School opened in 2016 and accepts children from age 3 (nursery) to age 11 (Year 6). Many parents take advantage of the Grammar Schools in Aylesbury for Secondary education being only approximately 11 miles away.

In 2017 Newton Leys District Centre opened providing local conveniences such as a Costa, Chinese Takeaway, Fish and Chip Shop, Dry Cleaners, Hair Salon and a 8000 sq. Ft Asda. At the end of April the Turing Key pub opened its doors and has already cemented itself as the heart of the community. It is in good company as there also numerous village pubs within a few miles such as The Three Locks at Stoke Hammond, The Crooked Billet at Newton Longville and The Betsey Wynne at Swanbourne.
