We’ve genuinely loved living in this house. It’s been a wonderful home in such a friendly and welcoming area. The local schools are excellent, and the neighbourhood has always felt safe, community-minded, and great for families. We’ll also really miss having the station right on our doorstep, which has made commuting and travel so convenient. We’ll truly miss living here and hope the next owners enjoy it as much as we have.

This is the sort of home that will really suit someone wanting to put their own mark on a place over time.
The extension at the back has already added a much better kitchen/dining space compared to the original layout, and it gives the house a more open feel day to day. There’s still plenty of opportunity for the next owner to modernise further, but the foundations are there and it already works well as a home.
Being end of terrace gives it a slightly more open feel compared to similar homes nearby, and the rear garden is enclosed and private enough to enjoy properly. The garage is also a useful addition for storage or general practicality.
