There are custom fixtures such as bespoke curtains, and hand-crafted desk and fitted shelves in one of the cupboards. It has been repainted throughout.
The balcony is big enough to enjoy and spend time on, as well as to keep plants on (I am especially pleased with the Hydrangea which grows bigger every year :))
It is a very solid, well-located, reliable and affordable flat. I will be sad to leave it but after 12 years here I am leaving London to move up north."
