We’ve seen the area and community thrive and it has been a privilege to live in such a friendly, welcoming and fun part of Walthamstow. You couldn’t ask for a better location with green spaces from either end of our road, playgrounds, wetlands and marshes. Within a few minutes walk we can grab coffees, fresh bread and pastries, pop to local shops and the Post Office. We’re right in all the fun of the Blackhorse Beer Mile and an easy walk to Lloyd Park. Blackhorse Road station is only a 10 minute walk (or short bus on rainy days!) away with access to the Victoria Line and Overground. And, for days when we want to stay at home, our sunny garden has been an extension our living space. We’ve made so many happy memories as a family here and it’s with a real heavy heart that we’ll say goodbye."
