We have genuinely loved living in this home and will be very sad to leave. It offers a perfect balance of comfort and tranquillity, with a private, non-overlooked garden that is ideal for relaxing in.
One of the highlights for us has been the location. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, the property still benefits from easy access to local amenities, shops, transport links, and a fantastic Chinese restaurant that we regularly enjoy. There are also plenty of nearby green spaces, perfect for dog walking and making the most of the outdoors.
We have particularly valued being part of such a friendly and welcoming neighbourhood, which has greatly enhanced our experience here and made it truly feel like home.
Since moving in, we have carried out a number of improvements, including updating both the kitchen and bathroom, enhancing the overall style and functionality of the property.

Our sellers have perfectly summed up why this house has been such a ideal family home for them. It really does have so much to offer with great room sizes both upstairs and downstairs. From the outside it can be deceiving but homes in this location and with this accommodation are very sought after and this is a great opportunity for someone looking to be tucked away in a quiet cul de sac location.
This is such a fantastic location for anyone moving with a family and always has been popular with great schools, parks and woodland right on your doorstep. This design of three bedroomed homes in the estate is one of our favourites, to the front you have a large entrance hallway that gives you access into a recently refitted fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and ample cupboard space. The garage is just the other side of wall which gives lots of potential to knock through and create more space if needed. There is also a handy cupboard by the front door for more storage outside which also houses the boiler.
The home also comes with a recently finished downstairs cloakroom, but the back of the house is our favourite part. Giving you a 17ft, open living and dining space which has tonnes of natural light pouring in with the addition of storage under the stairs.
Upstairs all of the bedrooms are a superb size and can accommodate double beds which is rare to find. The refitted family bathroom is a good size and you have a separate airing cupboard for more storage. But the master bedroom has to be our favourite room upstairs, spanning the whole width of the house it's a superb size. We love the double windows and that it comes with fitted wardrobes and ample space for freestanding furniture.
Outside as we've mentioned the garden not only extremely private but also south facing meaning plenty of sunlight throughout the day, this creates a great entertaining space. You also have rear access at the back, whist to the front you've got ample driveway parking and the full size garage as mentioned,

This home sits tucked away in the popular 'Fernlea' development in quiet cul de sac and is only a short walk away from the popular fbc centre and is only a stones throw away from California Country Park. Also a short walk away you have some great local amenities including the Co-op, Pharmacy and some great local places to eat. It also falls within many of the areas popular local school catchments such as Waverley School, Gorse Rise Primary and Bohunt Secondary Schools. If you're looking for some open green space to explore or take your dog for a walk, you've got some great choices locally such as Simons Wood and as we've already mentioned the fbc Centre and California Country park these both have fantastic playparks and cafes too. Wokingham Town Centre and Train Station is also only a 12 minute drive away, having recently been redeveloped it really is a great place to go with plenty of well known and independent retailers. You also have some fantastic transport links into London with easy access onto the A329, M3 and M4 from here.
