Sandy Park, with its independent small shops and cafes, is just a 5-minute stroll away. Temple Meads train station and the University’s Temple Quarter Zone on Avon Street are just a 15-minute cycle ride along the St Philip’s Greenway. All in all, it has been a fantastic place to live these past 20-or-so years..
