As first-time buyers, we were absolutely delighted when we moved into this house five years ago. It has been a wonderful home for us and is filled with many happy memories.
One of the things we have loved most is the spacious living room and open-plan kitchen, which provide the perfect setting for entertaining family and friends. When we first moved in, the garden was simply a lawn, and we have thoroughly enjoyed transforming it by adding flower beds and colour. Looking out onto the garden from the kitchen is a real pleasure and something we have appreciated every day.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms are all generously sized, offering plenty of flexibility for family life, guests, or working from home. Having both a family bathroom and an en-suite has also been incredibly convenient.
The house is situated within a wonderful community and has always felt like a safe and welcoming place to live. There is a friendly residents' WhatsApp group where neighbours are always willing to offer advice, answer questions, and lend a helping hand. The area is peaceful, green, and perfect for enjoying the outdoors, with local shops and a lovely pub all within walking distance. During the summer months, it has been a real treat to watch cricket matches at the nearby pavilion on a warm afternoon.
We have truly loved living here and feel very fortunate to have called it home. We are confident that its next owners will enjoy it just as much and create many happy memories of their own.
