You can buy either 50% or 100% in the first instance or alternatively buy the 50% and then staircase to 100% later. When you own 100% there won't be any rent to pay.

Our seller's 50% share is available for £120,000. The 50% share can't be sold for more than this amount for the first eight weeks of marketing.

After 8 weeks extend to a person with a strong local connection with the administrative area of Cheshire West and Chester.

If no applicant qualifies within 10 weeks it may be sold to anyone in need of affordable housing.

The housing association will also need to approve the sale in writing and approve a mortgage offer for any shared ownership buyer.

The village of Tattenhall is an absolute delight, combing all the key attributes of a classic Cheshire village, set amidst some of the County’s best scenery and attractive countryside. Proceed to the very bottom of Birch Heath Road passing Pudding Lane on the left hand side and at the junction take a right turn. Proceed along for a couple of miles until passing Huxley Primary School on the right hand side. Take the next left turn into Huxley Lane. Continue down Huxley Lane and having passed the ‘The Inn at Huxley’ on the left hand side, at the next junction take a left turn on to Red Lane. Proceed along passing over two bridges.
