We have lived here happily for over 20 years and raised our family here. We have excellent schools within walking distance, both primary and secondary.

It is a lovely, quiet area, with wonderful neighbours on both sides. The garden gets plenty of sun and is easy to maintain, with the additional storage area helping to keep it tidy.

The green out front has been used over the years for birthday parties and after-school play dates.

The house has been very good to us and is economical, which has been very helpful in the cost of living challenges.
